About the Software
 

PSOFT Pencil+ 3 Converter is a utility plug-in used to convert Pencil+ 2 materials, standard materials as well as materials created using finalToon or Illustrate! to Pencil+ 3 materials, or to convert Pencil+ 2 lines to Pencil+ 3 lines. More than simple conversions, it can also perform conversions based on arbitrary zone settings. It reduces the labour involved in setting up textures.

Compatible with 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
Installed copy of Pencil+ 3 (also compatible with the demo version).
