Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns or cancellations after the payment has been completed for download versions of our software products. We encourage you to try out the demo versions of the products to confirm that they meet your expectations before ordering the full versions.
Based on the Japanese Specified Business Transactions Law, cooling off measures are not applicable to mail orders made through the internet.

If the payment is concluded on a weekday between 9:00 and 15:00 (Japan time, UTC/GMT +9 hours), we can confirm it on the same day. If the payment is concluded after our business hours, it will confirmed during the next business day.

*Bank or postal transfers must be made through Japanese institutions.Please be aware that boxed editions are only available for delivery in Japan. Also, all printed materials are provided in Japanese only.
There is no difference in the software of the download versions and the boxed editions.
*The boxed editions include a box and the product's CD.With regards to registration of the user information, if the person purchasing the product is not the registered user, please purchase the boxed edition.
Only download versions are available in the PSOFT Store. Boxed editions are sold through "Too", our sales agent.

Q: Can I re-acquire my product if I lose it due to, for example, machine troubles after downloading and installing it? A: Yes, it is possible.
You can download the products you bought from the user page. You will need the user account information we sent you by email when you acquired your product in order to access the user page.Your account information is sent after we confirmed your payment, within 5 business days (Saturdays, Sundays and Japanese national holidays excluded). If you do not receive the email containing your log-in ID and password after 5 business have passed since you made your payment, please contact us using the inquiry form.
Please understand that if your payment is concluded after our business hours(*), we will confirm it on the next business day.

If you were unable to access the web page within that time, please re-order the product using the order form.Since our products are sold as download packages, we use the information you provide us at the time of purchase (name, address, etc.) as your user data.
