Release of "PSOFT Pencil+ 4 Line for Blender" Version 4.0.6 Adds Attribute Override Functionality

We have released version 4.0.6 of the free Blender add-on "PSOFT Pencil+ 4 Line for Blender" for creating hand-drawn-like lines on 3D objects with high quality and speed.

This update adds "Attribute Override" functionality.

Changes Since The Previous Version

[New feature]

  • Added [Attribute Override] functionality which can adjust Line drawing settings on a scene or view layer basis, and can also be animated.

[Modifications]

  • Fixed a bug where viewport rendering would output incorrect colors under certain conditions.
  • Improved rendering stability.
  • Improved outline group detection when using library override.

[New Functionality] Attribute Override

[Attribute Override] is a feature that references custom properties of scenes and view layers, and replaces Line drawing parameters if things match the data path of Line node properties.

[Attribute Override] can be used for number, color, and checkbox properties, and can be used to disable Line drawing only in specific view layers or to adjust Lines for each scene.

A section about [Attribute Override] was added to the manual. Please consult the manual for details.
